نظم وضبط
تنظیم بڑی چیز ہے اے اہلِ گلستاں
بکھرے ہوئے تنکوں کو نشیمن نہیں کہتے
کائنات جن اٹل اصولوں پر چل رہی ہے ان میں زیادہ اہم قانون نظم و ضبط کا ہے۔ کائنات کی لامتناہی اور بے کراں وسعتوں میں کوئی معمولی سی شے یا کوئی حقیر ساذرّہ بھی اس اصول سے مستثنیٰ نہیں ، نظام ِقدرت کے تحت مختلف مخلوقات کو جو ذمہ داریاں تفویض کی گئی ہیں وہ انہیں بطریقہ احسن انجام دے رہی ہیں۔ نظامِ شمسی کے اندر مختلف ستاروں اور سیاروں کی حرکت اور گردش کا جو قانون خالقِ کائنات نے مقرر کیا ہے۔ اس پر صحیح طریقے سے عملدرآمد ہو رہا ہے۔ زمین اپنے مقررہ ضابطے کے تحت محو گردش ہے۔ اسی طرح فضاؤں ، بادلوں کا سفر، در یائوں اور نالوں کی روانی، طغیانی، پہاڑوں کی آتش فشانی اور سمندر کے مدّو جزر وغیرہ کے جواصول اس حکیم مطلق نے مقرر کیے ہیں یہ سب چیزیں انہی قوانین کے مطابق کام کر رہی ہیں۔
قدرت کا تکوینی نظام (جونظم و ضبط کی بنیاد پر قائم ہے) انسان کی نظم و ضبط کی اہمیت کو سمجھنے اور اس پر عمل پیرا ہونے کی دعوت دے رہا ہے۔ کائنات کی مختلف اشیاء ہمیں یہ سکھاتی ہیں کہ قواعد وضوابط کی خلاف ورزی بہر حال نقصان دہ ہے۔ پانی کی مثال ہی لیجئے اگر پانی کی روانی کے لیے شہر کی حدود مقرر نہ کر دی جائیں تو وہ کناروں کو توڑ کر اِدھر اُدھر پھیل کر تباہی مچادیتا ہے۔ لہذا اسے نظم وضبط کے حصار میں رکھنا انتہائی ضروری ہے اگر ہم غور کریں تو یہ بات سمجھ لینا کچھ مشکل نہیں کہ نظم و ضبط اپنانے ہی سے سکھ اور سکون حاصل ہوتا ہے۔

غیر مسلم اقوام کی مشابہت: اصولی ابحاث اور فقہاء کے استنباطات کا عصری انطباق

Islam, as a religion, has a clear distinguished. It gives evident rules, religious obligations, terms and conditions to his followers. Every Muslim should follow these commands. The logic behind the traditions of holy prophet (pbuh) which are in prohibition of resemblance with polytheist and unbelievers is, these are compulsory for a religious person to remain in touch his own culture and civilization. Through the traditions of the holy prophet, we concluded that he (pbuh) strictly disliked any Muslim to adopt and copy of non-Muslim’s deeds which leaving Islamic culture civilization, because all the non-Muslims have their own religious obligations. However, Islam condemn all religious obligations, festivals and conditions that are against Islam. If, a Muslim is doing such deeds against the teaching of Islam, what would be the result of this behavior and attitude according to Islam? In this article, same rules and conditions are discussed to discriminate the differences and its impact between the cultures of Islam and other religions. What would be the result of this behavior and attitude according to Islam? And author presented many principles is this regard so a Muslim may be able to distinguish his religious and as well as his cultural values in Islamic society.

Tasheeh Wa Tahshia Wa Taaleeqat-E-Mathnavi Nairang-E-Ishq-E-Ghaneemat Kunjahiee Wa Istiqbal-E-Aan Dar Shibh-E-Qareh

His real name is Mohammad Akram S/O Nazar Mohammad. His father and Uncle were the moored of Syed-ul- Arifeen Haji Mohammad Nosha Gunj Baksh and they had spiritually a great status of sofi. Ghaneemat kunjahi also was the follower and allegiance of Syed Saleh Mohammad that had a link with Ghoos-ul- Azam Sheikh Abdul Qadar Geelani. As the result of this association with them the verses of Ghaneemat Kunjahi are full of spiritualism, and he got a great same because of it. Ghaneemat has mentioned about his allegiance in of his Masnavie’s”Nairang-e- ishq” .The other books of Ghaneemat Kunajhi are “Deevan-e-Ghaneemat,Saqinama, Gulzar-e-mohabbat, Manazira of Gull and Nargis ,and Letters of Ghaneemat are also famous. Life and works of Ghaneemat Kujahi are not found in detail. Some of the writers have mentioned him in their articles or have published his books without any detail. But still it needs explanation ,so it was necessary that beside of his so many writings research about his Masnavi, as to must be researched. And may be utilized by the researchers as a separate article. I have selected the Masanvi as my PhD thesis for that purpose and the states that Ghaneemat had in between the books of Sub-continent may be put in the reach of them. I hope my effort my open a new path in the Persian Language and Literature of sub-continent. After the study of the Masnavi we acknowledge that it not only reflects the picture in the society of those days, which explains the feelings, customs and habits, civilization and culture of the people of that ears but ,it reflects the terminologies and verbal sentimental, metaphors and talismans. Sometime it seems that Ghaneemat Kunjahi has last hi path but he did not gave up his objective of research. And he describes his objectives as a good and interesting way.
