کہ انتظار تھا جس کا یہ وہ سحر تو نہیں

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
معزز اسا تذہ کرام اور میرے ہم مکتب شاہینو!
آج مجھے جس موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرنا ہے وہ ہے:’ ’انتظار تھا جس کایہ وہ سحر تو نہیں ‘‘
صدرِذی وقار!
امید پردنیا قائم ہے، امید سے گلشن ہستی میں بہار ہے، امید سے رخ ِکائنات پر نکھار ہے، امید پر سب کا دارو مدار ہے، امید پیام ِمسرت ہے، امیدعیش وعشرت ہے، امید ضرورتِ وقت ہے، امید سے تعلق نعمت ہے۔
جنابِ صدر!
امید بر نہ آئے تو آفتاب مسرت گہناجاتا ہے۔ گلستانِ حیات میں خزاں آجاتی ہے۔ شجرسایہ دار کے نیچے خس و خاشاک اُگ آتے ہیں، یہ خودرو غیر مفید پودے فضا کو آلودہ کرتے ہیں، مایوسی و پژمردگی کے سائے بڑھنے لگتے ہیں، یاس و اُمید کا فقدان ہو جاتا ہے، نا امیدی کا مردار گدھ ماحول کو تعفن کرنے میں کلیدی کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔
صدرِمحترم!
آرزو پوری نہ ہو تو خواب پورے نہیں ہوتے ، قلوب و اذہان میں آسودگی نہیں آتی ، حالات سازگار نہیں ہوتے ، دل کے ارمان ادھورے رہ جاتے ہیں، زندگی کی بوقلمونیوں میں ٹھہراؤ آجاتا ہے، عزیز و اقربائ، احباب واصدقاء کا قرب مفقود ہو جاتا ہے، زیست کی رعنائیاں دم توڑتی ہوئی نظر آتی ہیں۔

کسان محنت کرنے اورکھیتی کشتِ زعفران نہ بنے ، منصف شب و روز محنت کرے اور درست فیصلہ نہ کر سکے۔ خطیب کا روح پرور خطبہ بھی خاطر خواہ نتائج برآمد نہ کر سکے ، مجاہد کی سخت کوشی بھی دشمن کی یلغار کو روک نہ سکے ،مدرس کی تدریس طلبا کے لئے سازگار اور سود مند ثابت نہ ہو، مصنف کی تصنیف نفع بخش...

متوازن شخصیت: تعلیم و تربیت کا نبوی اصول

A child born with a soul of being, but has lack of personality. Actually personality comes with the effect of good education, guidance, squatter and environment in which a child lives. But literally due to the teachings of Hinduism or Buddhism or Christianity a human existence proves oneself with a personality. Even western civilization has an ideal concept of personality, but human personality has its very strong roots in Islamic teachings as Holy Qur’ān gives us a first-hand description about an “Ideal Personality”. According to the “Sunnah” of Prophet Muhammad (r) man has some qualities of “moderation” which can be the dominant in excess of his existence. So, man should establish equilibrium regards his personality. But there is need to create stability in education, society and politics on the basis of “moderation”. Islam lays a great emphasis on character building. Balanced personality is based on all the best qualities of head and heart. Our Holly Prophet’s (r) personality is an excellent example of balanced personality. In Islamic perspective just to accept the characteristics and Sunnah of Muhammad (r) can be equal to the modern word of personality. But have we absorbed the ultimate concept of personality? Which personality can we call an ideal personality? These two questions are very significant to wonder about on the concept of ideal personality. Every religion and civilization has its own true meaning of ideal personality, but besides all this according to Quran the ideal personality is concealed in a word “Sunnah”. Relationship of Classroom Learning Environment and Teacher Interaction With Students Attitutde Towards the Learning of English Language at Secondary Level

learning environment and Teacher Interaction with secondary school students’ attitude towards the learning of English Language in context of Pakistan. Classroom environment is considered as one of the influential factor in enhancing learners’ achievement, attitude and learning process. The objectives of the study were to investigate secondary level students’ English language classroom learning environment, teachers’ interaction in English language classes and attitude towards learning of English language. Moreover, the relationship of classroom learning environment and teacher interaction with secondary level students’ attitude towards the learning of English on gender and locale was also established in the study. The study at hand was co relational and descriptive. For data collection survey method was used. Multistage stratified random sampling technique was used for sample selection of the study. Stratification was based on three geographic zones of Punjab: Northern, Central and Southern Punjab. One district from each zone was selected randomly. The sample of the study was 930 students from 03 districts of the Punjab. Three instruments were used, first for Classroom learning environment, second for discovering Teacher Interaction in English language classes and third for finding out students’ attitude towards learning of English language. Data for this study were analyzed by using statistical operations through SPSS. T-test was used to calculate the significant difference between means of different categories of respondents like rural & urban, male and female. To investigate the possible relationship among the variables, Pearson correlation was used. Results of the study showed that male and female respondents reflected significant differences on English language classroom learning environment, teacher interaction and attitude towards English. It further revealed that female respondents were more favorable on their classroom learning environment, get more teachers’ support and interaction than male in their English language classes and had more positive attitude towards the learning of English. Significant positive correlation was found among classroom learning environment, Teacher Interaction and attitude towards the learning of English. Findings suggest that positive attitude in a foreign language class can be developed by making learning environment more favorable in shape of better pupil-teacher relationships and teacher support, involvement, cooperation and equity. It may help in developing attitude towards Adoption of English language learning attitude and enjoyment of English lessons in the classroom.
