دوسرا حادثہ علامہ یوسف علی کی وفات کا ہے، وہ جدید تعلیم کی بہترین پیداوار بہت پرانے اور بڑے فاضل آئی سی ایس تھے، انگریزی پر ان کو اہل زبان جیسی قدرت حاصل تھی، وہ متعدد بلندپایہ کتابوں کے مصنف تھے، ان کی ایک کتاب کا ترجمہ ’’ہندوستان قرونِ وسطیٰ میں‘‘ کے نام سے اردو میں بھی شائع ہوچکا ہے، یہ ان کے ان لکچروں کا مجموعہ ہے جو انھوں نے ہندوستانی اکیڈمی الہ آباد میں دیے تھے، اگرچہ ان کا قالب مغربی تھا، مگر ان کا قلب ہمیشہ مومن اور ان کا قلم ابتداء سے اسلام کی خدمت میں مصروف رہا، ان کا سب سے بڑا علمی و دینی کارنامہ قرآن مجید کا انگریزی ترجمہ ہے، جو ادبی خوبیوں کے لحاظ سے انگریزی زبان کا شاہکار سمجھا جاتا ہے، اس کی ایک خوبی یہ بھی ہے کہ مترجم نے ان جدید مفسرین کے برعکس جو محض یورپ کی مرعوبیت میں آیاتِ قرآنی میں خود ساختہ تاویلیں کرتے ہیں، اپنے حواشی میں کوئی ایسی تاویل نہیں کی ہے جو سلف کے عقائد کے خلاف ہو، اس لئے دینی طبقہ میں بھی اس ترجمہ کو پسندیدگی کی نظر سے دیکھا گیا، اﷲ تعالیٰ اپنی کتاب عزیز کے اس خادم کو اس کی خدمت کا صلہ عطا فرمائے۔ (شاہ معین الدین ندوی، جنوری ۱۹۵۴ء)

 

پر امن معاشرے میں تعلیم کا کردار

Education play main role in modern society and main purpose of education is to create a society characterized by holiness and reconciliation so that society is filled with a spirit of sympathy, sadness and good will. In no time has the usefulness of education and its spirituality been devalued. Education is recognized as a symbol of the greatness the living nations and civilized society.  Educated society reflects patience humble, grateful, fear and the most important habit such as determination and become an integral part of life. Even the educated society is considered to be a true pioneer of courage and human values. Education plays a positive role in empowering the weakest society. On the other hand educated people can think of the happiness and the well-being of humanity due to the light knowledge and their sincere efforts when working in this society so of course this will directly benefit those who are weak and ignorant in the society and the key to maximizing humanity. The light of education should also go to homes that are deprived of wealth and helplessness. It also means abiding by the law showing respect to women and helping the weak. Controlling bad temper and language being polite and following proper etiquette in a gathering is also part of good social behavior. In short good social behavior is living decently, peacefully, and with dignity among others without hurting or disturbing them. Good social behavior helps us live amicably in our society. It promotes good will and understanding among people and cultivates a clean, healthy environment for all citizens

The Role of Knowledge Creation and Innovation in the Relationship Between Learning Organization Practices and Non-Financial Performance of Pakistans Telecommunication

This study examines the direct impact of learning organization practices on non-financial firm performance, and the individual mediating roles of knowledge creation and innovation in the learning organization–firm performance relationship. In addition, the study analyzes the indirect impact of learning organization practices on non-financial firm performance through the sequential mediation effect of both knowledge creation and innovation in the context of Pakistan’s telecommunication sector. The research model consists of nine testable hypotheses, and is based on the premises established in the four well-established management theories, namely resourcebased view theory, knowledge-based view theory, dynamic capabilities theory, and input-processoutput model. To collect data, 600 questionnaires that consisted of four self-constructed scales were randomly distributed to lower and middle managers of the five Pakistani telecommunication companies. The data generated from the 410 useable questionnaires was used to test the nine hypotheses through Structural Equation Modelling approach. The results derived from data analysis suggest that individually, both knowledge creation and innovation partially mediate the direct effect of learning organization practices on non-financial firm performance. Moreover, findings illustrate that knowledge creation and innovation sequentially mediate the learning organization–firm performance relationship. The study recommends that managers should adopt learning-supportive leadership styles, foster a learning-conducive culture, conduct appropriate training programs, decentralize and informalize organizational systems, and establish sound technological systems if they want to their company to survive, compete, lead, grow and evolve in today’s increasingly volatile, turbulent and hypercompetitive business environment.
