وہ۔۔۔!
میں خانقاہ کا دروازہ کھولتا
وہ میرے پیچھے پیچھے مست چراغ کی الست روشنی میں!
باغ عدن میں لکھی۔۔۔!
نثری نظموں کی ظہر اور عصر کی کتاب سینے سے لگائے چلی آتی
ارضی زخموں کو
تاثیر مغرب اور آب عشاء سے دھوتی
اپنی گود میں۔۔۔میرا سر رکھتے ہوئے!
مر مری بانہوں میں لیے۔۔۔حواؑ کی طرح لپٹ جاتی
لوبان و صندل سلگاتے ہوئے!
آفاقی چاندنی میں زخموں پر ماہتابی مرہم لگاتی
تہجد شناس نظروں سے دیکھتی۔۔۔!
کنواری کرنوں جیسے ہونٹوں سے چومتے ہوئے!
اسمائے عشق کا سینے پر دم کرتی
پھر محبت پہ درود۔۔۔چاہت پہ سلام پڑھتے ہوئے
فجر کے حوالے کرتے ہوئے۔۔۔نہ جانے کیوں چلی جاتی ؟
بس لمس کی حدت۔۔۔!
بوسوں کی لذت چھوڑ جاتی ہے

مفاتیح الغیب (تفسیر کبیر) میں سورۃ التوبہ کی تفسیر میں وارد موضوع احادیث کا علمی مطالعہ

Mafatiḥ - al- Ghayb (The Keys to Unknown) by Imam Fakhr-ul-Din-Al Rāzi (born 544-606, Ray Iran – died 1149- 1209, Iran) is a well known classical scholarly commentary of the Qur’ān, written in Arabic. The exegesis of  Imam Rāzi  explain each  passage of the Qur’ān by mentioning reports and narration (athar from the prophet, his companions (sahabah) and the immediate generations following  the companions (Tabi’un). Imam Al Rāzi accumulated a big treasure of explanatory tradition which is extracted from many books. He compiled all the reports and narrations that he could gather for each particular passage without concentrating  on their authenticity  which resulted in compilation of many weak, unauthentic and even fabricated reports chipped into his tafsir on which he kept silent. Tafsir. The present article critically analysis the tafsir portion from Surah al Taubah and discusses the fabricated reports detected during the investigation.

Human Rights As a Catalyst of Social Change, Their Dynamics, Problems & Prospects in Pakistan and the Role of Judiciary

Nature has blessed every individual with a sense of self-respect and equality. Socially it has been titled as rights and constitutionally they are termed as fundamental & basic human rights. Therefore, Constitution of almost every state contains provisions for fundamental human rights. However, pragmatically enforcement of basic Human Rights are subject to independence of judiciary with prerequisites of rule of law, democracy and good governance, thereforeinthe contemporary world majority of statesincluding Pakistan, are moving towards rule of law ,democracy and good governance through judicial reforms where as human rights have become catalyst of social change in variety of political systems besides diversity of viewpoints of political and legal scholarsthe real consensus is thathighest degree of human rights protection mean rapid progression in social change and enhancement of the independence of judiciary. With this background, the study evaluates the role of judiciary in promotion and protections of fundamental human rights through comprehensive understanding of the existing height of abuse of human rights in Pakistan. For this purpose, qualitative research method has been applied.The study finally establishes an undeniable fact that completely an autonomous judicial system is essential for protection of human rights through rule of law, democracy and good governance in Pakistan. The study in hand, is an academic contribution in the growing field of transitional justice, comparative law, and political literature concerning human rights, judicial independence and rule of law.
