ڈاکٹر نصیر احمد اسد کی تصنیف ’’ارضِ اقبال آ فاقیت کے آ ئینے میں‘‘تحقیقی و تنقیدی دونوں پہلو لیے ہوئے ہے۔ تقابلی مطالعے ، اسلوبیاتی جائزے،تجزیے اور دیگر تحقیقی موضوعات جہاں اُردو ادب کے منظر نامے کو سمجھنے میں مدد دیتے ہیں، وہاں دوسری زبانوں کے منتخب موضوعات پر سیر حاصل گفتگو سے اردو زبان و ادب کو ایک معنوی وسعت عطا کرتے ہیں۔ سارے مضامین اپنی نوعیت میں تنقیدی ہوتے ہوئے بھی تحقیقی ہیں۔
     یہ جو کہا جاتا ہےکہ ’’ہر نقاد کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ اس کے اندر ایک محقق بھی ہو،اور ہر محقق کے اندر ایک نقاد ہو‘‘، یہ بات ڈاکٹر نصیر احمد اسد پر پوری اترتی ہے۔ان کے مضامین میں یہ دونوں ذائقے موجود ہیں اور اس خوبصورتی کے ساتھ کہ یہ احساس نہیں ہوتا کہ تنقید کہاں رک کر تحقیق میں اور تحقیق تنقید میں بدل جاتی ہے۔
    ان کی تحریر میں تحقیقی اور تنقیدی دونوں کے اسالیب کا امتزاج موجود ہے ۔اپنے موضوعات کے تنوع کی وجہ سے یہ تخلیق اُردو قاری کے لیے بڑی معنوی و فکری وسعت لیے ہوئے ہے۔

Incongruity in Contemporary and Shariah Compliant Current Accounts and Ijarah Operated by Islamic Banking

Current accounts and Ijarah has been foremost and important tools operated by the Islamic Financial Institutions. This study attempts to explore a few misgivings in the handling of current accounts by the Islamic banks in Pakistan. Financial management of Islamic banks is not under consideration which leads to the violation of Shariah’s fundamentals. Also in case of Ijarah, a bank’s client suffers from financial losses which must be borne in Islamic Banking system. Islamic Banks transfer the burden of some charges emerging form ownership of leased asset on their clientele which does not have any justification according to Shariah. This research has been carried out by taking unstructured interviews from some of the concerned staff of Islamic Banks. The results depict that current accounts and Ijarah is in operation and need to be revised and refined and must comply with Shariah.

Impact of HR Outsourcing on Organizational Performance: A Multi Mediating Variables study

The rationale of this research study was to investigate the impact of HR Outsourcing on perceived organizational performance, also determining the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in beverage industry of Pakistan. Literature guided about the direction of research, studying job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational performance, in context of human resource outsourcing assist to identify the research gap. Front level, middle level managers of beverage industry were taken as the total population for this study from Faisalabad region. Data was collected through structured questionnaire and were distributed by using convenient sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 250 individuals. The statistical techniques used in this study to analyze the data are frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, the Pearson's correlation and regression analysis. Data was analyzed with the help of SPSS software version 20. Results conclude that there is a positive and significance relationship between human resource outsourcing and organizational performance, findings also shows that mediators (Job satisfaction and organizational commitment) is influencing between dependent and independent variable. Managerial implications suggest that organizations should establish effective communication across all level of the organization and involve employees in the phase of outsourcing HR process.
