Human service professionals and those who educate them to promote and encourage the unique values and characteristics of human services. In so doing, human service professionals uphold the integrity and ethics of the profession. The fundamental values of the human services profession include respecting the dignity and welfare of all people; promoting self-determination; honoring cultural diversity; advocating for social justice; and acting with integrity, honesty, genuineness and objectivity. Human service professionals consider these standards in ethical and professional decision making. Ethical-decision making processes should be employed to assure careful choices. The ethical standards are organized in sections around those persons to whom ethical practice should be applied. In this paper will discuss about the Services and Teachings of Molana syed Abdul Ahad Agha.
The social life of an individual is reflected in his behaviors and attitudes. These attitudes are the bedrock of our social life and determine our thinking and actions. These attitudes Colors our thinking in positive or negative way. The life and biography (See’rah) of the Holy Prophet (saw) serves as a model for us to fashion our behaviors. The enlightened teachings of the Holy Prophet (saw) established a balanced relations ship between individual and social development. This essay analysis patterns of social behaviors in the light of the See’rah Holy Prophet (saw) .
What was written on Sýrah-un-Nabiﷺ. No doubt reveals that the pioneer collectors of Sýrah -un-Nabiﷺ, vast sea with infinite depth. It is said about the Holy Quran that "لا تنقضی عجائبہ" “its miracles are countless”, similarly the different aspects of Sýrah -un-Nabiﷺ will illuminate before us, regarding its greatness and significance. It is revealed after the study of Sýrah-un-Nabiﷺ that this authentic composition of S Sýrah-un-Nabiﷺ came into being after the pain stacking efforts of the Sýrah writers. Every saying, act, advice, character, manner and trait, speech of Holy Prophet ﷺ is brighter than the sun and moon. The Sýrah -un-Nabiﷺ writers with their efforts and devotion presented before Ummah such a standard and methodology of refinement and research-a distinction and hallmark of composition and compilation of Sýrah -un-Nabiﷺ -which was followed by the Sýrah -un-Nabiﷺ writers from time to time. The actual sources of Sýrah -un-Nabiﷺ are ﷺ Quran and Hadith. Companion protected hadith as Khulfa-ye-Rashideen (Caliphates) protected Quran. ______________________________________________________ پی ایچ ڈی ریسرچ اسکالر، شعبہ علوم اسلامیہ، ہزارہ یونیو رسٹی، مانسہرہ* اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر، شعبہ علوم اسلامیہ، ہزارہ یونیو رسٹی، مانسہرہ ** When Umar bin Abdul Aziz intensively felt the necessity of collecting hadit h he designated Qadi Abu Bakar ibn Hazam and Muhammad Shahab Zuhri for this purpose, Imam Zuhari was the first to collect Syrat-un-Nabiﷺ and Maghāazi, by the time Ibn Ishaq and Musa bin Uqba’s books introduced Syrat-un-Nabiﷺ as permanent art. After that Ibn Hisham organized, in a new way, Ibn Ishaq’s maghazi in a book named Sýrah Ibn Hishaaam, until now number of books were written on different aspects of Sýrah and will continue till the last hour. Herein we will present summary of the work and efforts of famous Sýrah writers till 10th century, which show the continuity of this art from the start.
Great lineage, good manners, trustworthiness, sincerity, courage and bravery, obedience, generosity, modesty, humility, thankfulness, absolute trust in Allah, education and upbringing, affection and compassion towards the elderly, the youth, slaves and animals, the regard for truth, the endurance and patience etc. are such features that at them neither was the match for the Holy Master (saw) born, nor will any such person be ever born. In addition, let alone friends, his enemies were helpless to hold him as-Sadiq (the Truthful) and al-Ameen (the Trustworthy) due to these and many other great attributes; and they would say: Muhammad is not a liar at all, but we can’t believe in him as a prophet sent by Allah. Moreover, even a non-Muslim or polytheist has never criticized his character to this day, nor will anybody do till the judgment day. Whenever the greatest personalities of the world were listed or somebody committed to writing on the said topic, the Holy Prophet (saw) remained at the top of the list. Drawing of the swords of father and son against each other, the change of the standard of friendship and enmity, fighting of master and his slave against each other, chanting the slogan of Ahad-Ahad (the only One, the only One) on the blazing sand, giving priority to martyrdom over the utterance of a word of unbelief, taking a husband away from his wife and separating a mother from her infant, deforming the condition after a blasphemous blow on the blessed face, forced migration to Habsha (Abyssinia) at times, and laying siege to Shb-e-Abi Talib (the valley of Abi Talib) at times, and moving to Yasrab (Madinah) secretly in the dark of the night, why, after all, have all these calamities been endured? Why has only one connection been kept after cutting off all other connections? Who, after all, was the leader for whom people have got ready to sacrifice their life, wealth and heart? And what were the attributes of that great personality which have removed the darkness of oppression and ignorance and brought a revolution in every walk of life. Following are some important traits of that great personality.

Kafa'at is a term used in the field of Islamic jurisprudence which means equivalence and closeness between the expected spouse i. e. Male and female in specific area. So it may be defined as the compatibility or equivalence between the expected husband and his expected wife which have to be adhered to in future. This compatibility standard suggested by Islam is highly effective, that include religion, profession, wealth, lineage, moral and social standard. The Hanafi, the Shaft’s and the Hanbali schools concur in requiring kafa'at in religion (Islam) , freedom (i. e. in his not being a slave) , profession and lineage. These schools differ regarding kafa'at in wealth. The Hanafi and the Hanbali schools recognize it, while the Shaft’s school does not. The Maliki School do not accept the notion of kafa'at except in religion. The emphases of this Kafa'at are to make the spouse relation pleasant, everlasting and coherences. The alikeness suggested by Islam between male and female is also traditional and logical value which Islam highly encouraged. The hidden philosophy of Kafa'at is to build the relation between the expected spouses more effective and pleasant.
The government of General Ayub Khan (Former President of Pakistan) established an Institution in 1960, in the name of Idarah Tahqeeqat Islami (Islamic Research Institute) . Dr, Fazlur Rahman, was the visiting professor at the institute remained on the rank of director of the year 1961 to 768 in seven years. . . And later, he serves as an advisor to the Islamic Ideology council. The writer who was published by the Institute of Islamic Research was the first editor of "Fikr-o - Nazar”. The scholars were considered as 'expertise of logic and philosophy' as 'interpretation of the Qur'an'. It is mentioned in the various verses of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) . The slaughtering of zakat in 'zakat' animal slaughtering 'basic laws and family planning' matters of marriage and Sunnah, such as the month of revelation, and their opinions have earned great reputation. And because of which they were accused of denying the heavenly nature of the Qur'an. Therefore, the first step towards Islamic thinking regarding the Islamic idea was to put an eye on Islamic law and religious beliefs on Islam. According to their plan, the difference between the Quranic verses and the verses and the laws of the law, is the difference. Regarding the meanings, his axis received: The beginning of the tradition and the meaning of 'the law of the law' is the word and the law. Islamic Laws' Principles Concernedly speaking about issues like Fiqh and Qa'as and al-Azai speak.

The Message of Allah (Qura'n) is error free from all type of mistakes. Both wordily, literally because Allah has taken the responsibility of the protection of it. Allah has produced a chain of scholars (Mufasserin) for the protection of meaning of the Holy Qura'n. These scholars have explained the meaning of every aspect and angle of the Holy Qura'n in different languages of the world in a dignified manner. By the grace of Allah and due to the hard work and sincere efforts of these scholars the Tafsir of Holy Qura'n is present in its original condition. In this matter the efforts of this great Scholar is worth mentioning, especially his Tafsir [Al-Badie fe Marifa Maani Kalam Rabana Al-sami] is short but contain precise and precious points, is the master piece of literature and knowledge. In Pakistan and particular in the Punjab province he is the personality who follow the Hanafi school of thought setting aside the conflicts, with strong arguments served the Qura'n and Had┘th for his life time. Below article is critical appreciation of mention Tafs┘r.
التلمیحات القرآنیۃ في کلام الشاعر الصوفي بلھے شاہ

This article deals with analytical studies of ‘’Kulliyat-e-Bullehy Shah کلیات بلھے شاہ ’’one of the most important Poetry book of Bullehy Shah Wich has been set up by Dr. Faqir Muhammad by Punjab Literature Academy and Published y from Lahore in 1960. In it, I have presented a short life sketch of Baba Bullehy Shah, who is recognized as the poet of Punjabi and poet of Islam. Baba Bullehy Shah is a world renowned personality. His poetry opens new horizons of knowledge for us. Especially it created ripples in the Arab world. He is included in great Islamic poets. He was conceiver of Sufiism in Punjab and proselytizer of Islam, Qura’n and Hadith are the obvious imprints on his poetry. He had great love for Qura’n. I intended to introduce it to the readers, particularly the Allusions (تلمیحات) used in this work. The real and literal meanings of such Allusions have been elaborated in it. I also have highlighted the Quranic Allusions used by Bullehy Shah in this work. And also analyzing them. In this paper it has been picked this aspect in his poetry that how much his poetry was in flounced by Islamic in junction. There are eighteen allusions have been made from the Holy Quran only to show how deeply his poetry was influenced by Islam, and his poetry is replete with such allusions.
Analytical Study on Bill Discounting with Reference to Shār’Iah

With the growing economic industry, the importance of bill discounting is not obscured any more. It is undoubtedly one of the most important tools of trade financing. Now it has become very easy for importers and exporters to sale any product to a complete stranger anywhere in the world and get the bill against it discounted before its maturity date. That is why this tool is in the practice of all conventional banks. But regarding to shār’iah rulings its prevailed practice in conventional banks is not shār’iah compliance as this transaction consists of debt sale and interest. But due to it’s vitally need, Jurists of Islamic shār’iah have stepped forward with its different alternatives based on Můrabaha, Wākalāh, Můshāārkāh and Bāy’ Sālām in currency. In this article we have covered the causes behind the shār’iah rulings of prevailed bill discounting in conventional banks and addressed the Bāy’ Sālām as an alternative in currencies and its executive model in Islamic banks. Furthermore I have discussed the different opinions of modern scholars regarding these issues.
