آج کی رات خدا کی روح مجھ میں حلول کرے گی

اور وہ چاہتا کہ تم اپنا آپ میرے حوالے کر کے اس کی زوجیت میں آ جاؤ

اور یہ بتاؤ کیا تم یہ سمجھتی ہو کہ میں جھوٹ بول رہا ہوں یا کہ یہ خواہش خدا کی نہیں؟

نہیں فادر

تو پھر ٹھیک ہے آج رات تیار رہنا، کچھ داسیاں تمہیں تیار کر کے خدا کی دلہن بنا دیں گی

اور پھر اس نے دیکھا - - - - -

خدا کی روح ایک ایسے انسان میں حلول کر آئی تھی جو اس کے پاؤں کے بوسے لیتا تھا

تب اس نے جانا کہ وہ خدا سے عظیم تر ہے

حالانکہ وہ کہتے تھے کہ عورت ازلی گنہ گار ہے

اور اگر وہ ازلی گنہ گار ہوتی تو خدا اس شخص کے منہ سے، جو خود کو اس کا نائب کہتا ہے، اس کی جائے خفی کے بوسے لیتا!

پھر ہوا میں معلق اُس کے پاؤں کی طرح اس کی گردن بھی نخوت سے تن گئی

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of managerial ownership, audit committee, audit quality and company size on the integrity of financial reports. The objects in the research are state-owned companies registered on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period, totaling 20 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results explain that simultaneously managerial ownership, audit committee, audit quality and company size have a significant influence on the integrity of financial reports. While managerial ownership and company size have a negative and significant influence, the audit committee has a positive and significant influence, audit quality has a positive and insignificant influence.

The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Performance of Secondary School Teachers

This research is an attempt to find out relationship between emotional intelligence and performance of teacher at secondary school level. In present era it is believed in general that high academic score in exams are not only determined by higher level of intelligence rather because of higher emotional intelligence. A number of important aspects of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship are incorporated by emotional intelligence factors. These aspects have a deep statistical significant relation with performance of teachers. The major aim of the study was to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance of teacher at secondary school level. The target population of the study comprised of secondary school teachers teaching secondary classes in Public high and higher secondary schools of Lahore division. Sample of the study consisted of 950 male and female secondary school teachers working in rural and urban areas high schools. As the study was co relational in nature and to find out the relationship, the data was collected through survey technique. The instrument for data collection named TEIQue-SF was adopted to measure the emotional intelligence level of secondary school teachers. The performance of teachers was measured through the results of students in annual examination of 9th and 10th class conducted by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore (BISE). Before data collection validity and reliability of the questionnaire were ensured through experts’ opinion and pilot study respectively. The reliability of the questionnaire after translation was (0.60). The collected data was analyzed using computer software SPSS, version 15. Pearson “r”, t-test, and ANOVA, were used. The study revealed that statistically significant positive relationship existed between emotional intelligence and performance of the secondary school teachers. It was concluded that increase in the level of emotional intelligence enhances the performance of teachers.
