The purpose of this research paper was to reflect the code of conduct of Hazrat Omar Farooq for civil servants. The material for this descriptive paper was taken from Sahah e Sittah. writings of the uncontroversial Muslim scholars, Historians, documents and original sources, like letters of Hazrat Omar Farooq to civil servants about the duties and responsibilities. After in depth analysis, in the light of intensive review of literature, suggestions and solutions are given to issues and problems which we are facing these days at national level. The paper concludes that most of the issues/ problem will be resolved as a result of adoption/ implementation of these golden principles already practices during period of Hazrat Omar (RTA)

Dispensation of justice is a prerequisite for any society to move forward. The concept of justice encompasses whole spheres of life. The judicial system of Islam is based on very strong footings. According to the Sharia, testimony is one means of proof. One aspect of it is 'evidence of woman' which has been discussed by the jurists in detail. According to the majority opinion, evidence of woman is acceptable only in civil cases and Ta'azirat. , while it is not acceptable for the punishment of Hudood and Qisas. They have based their opinion on some verses of the Holy Quran and the Traditions, while there is a strong opinion of some other jurists that there is no restriction on the evidence of woman in all kinds of cases. This article deals with the issue in which different opinions of the jurists have been presented with their arguments

The day to day interaction amongst people plav a key role in shaping of a person's social character and persona. The meaning of word "Din" are it applied to all the faith, worship and also cov ers that complete code of life which the Holy Prophet (S. A. VV) gave to ultima. Almighty, Allah has given a special and superior status to the human beings and has bestowed upon the human beings the quest for knowledge. Of course, knowledge is the power which enables the human beings to distinguish clearly between what is good or bad. But other words this is the human wisdom which the creator of this world has bestowed upon the human beings. So it is quite clear that the entire system of faith and worship which Almighty Allah has sent to the human beings through the revelation over the Holy Prophet is exactly according to the common mind and intellect. Since there are certain limitations to the common mind and it cannot go beyond these limitations. This research paper present on investigation of these limits form Sharia point of view.

The Holy Qur’an is the last, divine, universal and comprehensive book of the guidance. This book is the biggest miracle of the Prophet. The miracles of the Qur’an have so many aspects to it. The most prominent among them is its literary, rhetorical and stylistic uniqueness. This rhetorical and interrogative style is not only very unique but also very fresh. This uniqueness can be found in the various chapters of the Qur’an. Dr. Najeeb Al-Kailani is considered one of the most famous writers who enrithed the library of Islamic Literature. He has written around forty novels, seven collections of short stories, three dramas, and fives Diwans, apart from the many critical studies in the field of Islamic Literature. It is not possible to ignore the status of AI-Kailani and his eminence in the field which he has tackled. No doubt, throughout the last fourteen centuries, has been so widely read nor has shaped more human mindes than the Quran. Actually the Quran has a tremendous effect on the believers who recite it in its original language. Its language, as it is felt, is overwhelmed by the the power of the Devine word: hence the majesty of its style, and its captivating rhetoric, w hich reflects the pow er of the Divine w here it is originated. This artical also shows the greatness of the arabic language and its rhetorical effect in the light of Holy Quran. It tells us about the use of metaphor in Arabic language and Quran. It puts light on the diferenccs among the scholars wether there is Majaz in Arabic language and Quran or not? For the proof of its used both in language and Quran after the long discussion of linguistics and interpreters it is proved that it is one of the method of of the language to create the beauty in the speach. At the end of the artical it is conculuded through the views of the eminent scholars that the Majaz is also a style of the Arabic language and its rhetoric.

Allah almighty has created Human beings, the angels, and jinn for His worship alone. To guide the human beings to the right path, Allah almighty has sent many messengers to all nations and pieces of lands. Hazrat Adam (A. S.) was the first human being as well as the first Prophet of Allah on the Earth, while the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the last of all in this chain. There will be no prophet after him. Now, it is the duty of every Muslims to carry and spread this universal message to the whole humanity. In this context, the message of Islam is universal. This article deals with this issue through giving proofs from the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah.

"Al-Masaleh Al-Mursalah" and its authenticity in Islamic Shariyah. Discusses importance of the topic, reality of "Al-Masaleh AlMursalah ” and conflicting points among the “Usooleen" with more authentic opinion in it. Further, the article elaborates definition of “AlMasaleh ” and contains some statements of Usooleen in this regard including more authentic one. The article is divided into two parts as types of “Masaleh ” and “Al-Masleh Al-Muslah”. First type of “Masaleh” includes Al-Masaleh Al-Mutaharah” (meaning and examples) , Al-Masaleh Al-Mulgha (meanings and examples) and Al-Masaleh Al-Mursalah (meanings and examples) . Secondly, Al-Masaleh Al-Mursalah contains meanings and types such as: “AL-Hajiat”, “Al-Tahseenat", and “Al-Zuroorat ” that is the one about which scholars have a big dispute, so I mentioned scholar’s opinions with their proofs pointing out more authentic on.
