In this article it has been comprehensively discussed if after marriage a man is not capable of having sexual relations i. e. , Jamah or impotency. What should a woman do? In this respect, Islamic scholars presented different opinion; some consider that Nikah (marriage) would not be void, while others consider that the husband should be given one year time for medical treatment, and if after one year he did not gain the capability, then “Nikah” would be annulled. The word ‘impotence’ has different meanings, including: object to thing, and does not want women. According to Scholars’ terminology: impotence is the inability to penetrate in sexual intercourse. The sexually impotent adult husband identifies him an appointment for a year, if he does not have intercourse, then his impotency will be proved, and his wife may annul the marriage contract. Those who abused the Prophet r, and accused him of violence, slander and falsely, had never listened to the call of the mind. They should never ignore the one of the most important verses of the holy book revealed from the Creator, Allah Almighty, that Prophet Muhammad r has been sent to the mankind purely for offering mercy. How can they neglect the fact that the Prophet r himself said if he was a leader without mercy, people around him did not accompany him. When we study the life of Prophet r, we observe that all factions of the society, whether they are slaves or independent, Muslims or non- Muslims, men or women, beloved friends or worst enemies; they were behaved not only with extreme justice, but with utmost mercy. So we find that it was a mercy in everything, in education, in advocacy and in legislation, in war and peace, in the family and society, and in all walks of life, etc. In this article, aspect of mercy in the personality of holy Prophet Muhammad r has been discussed in detail. Islam is a complete code of life and it provides complete guidance in every field of life. Islamic law provides protection to the human wisdom, race and respect. Spiritual purity, sacred heart and environmental cleanliness, is one of the important persistence of Islamic sharia. Every act which leads us towards ignorance, contradiction, ambiguity and vulgarity is prohibiting in human societies. Zina has destroyed the spiritual values of individuals, families, societies and even nations. This ruthless deed is not only prohibited and sentenced in Islam, but also rather detested by other heavenly religions as well. Without discrimination of any religion, many scholars considered this hated act as the source of unrest and anarchy. Physically, ethically, medically, socially and even religiously zina has infinite hindrances in the society. Islam has provided various teachings and precautions to shun from this major sin for the protection of greatness and superiority of humanity. One of the important teachings is punishment for committing this sin, which is known as “Hadd” in Islamic sharia. In the current book, the punishments of married and unmarried (Fornicator) zani have been described in the light of Sunnah and Quran. The important purpose of Qisas and Hadd is the correction of societies, protection of life, respect and wealth, not the humiliation of people. To punish the criminals is the source of rectification for others.

However, it can truly be said that Prophet Muhammad r developed these qualities to the extreme heights. In this article, prophetic approach of preaching was discussed in a way that may guide the preachers of modern times in efficient as well effective way.
