دوسری قسم کا شاعر
ہمارے ہاں کثرت ایسے شعرا کی ہے جو زبردستی شعر کہتے ہیں اور بہت کم شعراایسے ہیں جو زبردست شعر کہتے ہیں۔تائب نظامی کا شمار دوسری قسم کے شعرا میں ہوتا ہے جن کے ہاں غیب سے آنے والے مضامین پوری قلبی صداقتوں کے ساتھ لفظی پیرہن میں جلوہ گر ہوتے اور اپنا اثر چھوڑے چلے جاتے ہیں۔ تائب بیک وقت پیش و پس منظر پر گہری نظر رکھنے والا شاعر ہے جو محض ظاہری چیزوں کو موضوع بنانے کے بجائے پس پردہ عوامل کا عمیق مشاہد ہ کر تا ہے اور یہی مشاہدہ ایسے اشعار کو جنم دیتا ہے جنھیں حقیقی معنوں میں اشعار کہا جا سکتا ہے۔
تائبؔ نظامی ہمہ وقت حالتِ فکر میں رہنے والا ایک صوفی قسم کا شاعر ہے جس کے ہاں خیالات نئے رنگ و آہنگ کے ساتھ تشکیل پاتے ہیں۔ اُس کی تخلیق کے پیچھے جہاں اساتذہ سخن سے اکتسابِ فیض کی جھلک دکھائی دیتی ہے وہیں اُس کا تنقیدی شعور بھی پوری طرح کارفرما نظر آتا ہے۔ تنقید کی سان پر گزرنے کے بعد کاٹ دار اور فکری گہرائی کے سبب اس کا کلام پُر تاثیر ہو جاتا ہے۔ صبح قفس میں آپ کو ایسے اشعار ملیں گے جو پڑھتے ہی دل میں اُترتے محسوس ہوں گے۔ سچے جذبوں سے گندھی یہ کتاب تائبؔ کے اُن تجربات کا مجموعہ ہے جنھیں زندانِ زیست میں قید ہونے کے بعد لمحہ بہ لمحہ اُس نے دیکھا اور محسوس کیا۔
تائب کے ہاں استحصالی نظام کے خلاف ایک جدو جہد دکھائی دیتی ہے۔ انسانی بے بسی ، ناانصافی ، عدم مساوات اور اخلاقی زبوں حالی کے نقوش اُن کے کلام میں نمایاں ہیں۔ یوں تو تائب نے حمد، نعت اور منقبت بھی کہی ہے مگر ان کا اصل میدان غزل ہے۔اُنھوں نے نہ صرف غزل کی آبرو...

Islam is the full code of life that not only provides guidance to its followers but also is a source of growth for each and every one who has soul. Islam emphasizes on formation of an exemplary society. Basic unit of each society is dependent upon the family system. If family system is inspired with good and healthy values, then the resulting society will certainly be brightened with brilliance of the righteous values. Family and affiliation with family is a natural need for humanity. Since Islam is the nature, therefore it provides us full guidance about the family system and its importance in our whole life. Islam emphasizes on family strengthening and stability. The importance of family relationships and relations with the relatives has also been mentioned in the holy Qur’an. Family is referred as “Usrah” in Arabic, which means being bound or connected. Strongest castle is also known as “Usrah” in Arabic, where members within a family remain united and connected together with strong bonding among them. Keeping in view the needs of a family, Islam has described the fundamental principles related to family system in a very narrative way. Moreover, mutual responsibilities towards each other and other rights have also been mentioned explicitly. Even Islam has emphasized on showing generous compassion, sympathy and providing legal rights to one another. While some of the issues have been left mainstream which people within a society consider good and don’t even contradict the principles of Islam. One such issue is the family system. What should be the nature of family? Is it all in living within one family or in a separate family system? There are two types of family systems in Sharia; Joint and separate family systems. The conditions and circumstances which better suit in an environment with good effects on family as well as society should better be adapted. But it should be kept in mind that the western concept of separate family (wife, children and one’s own-self) being presented today is not an Islamic concept. For explaining these aspects, the present article will focus on “what is the basic concept and Impacts of joint and separate family systems in Islam? Exploring Transfer of Teachers’ Learning from a Continuing Professional Education Mathematics to Their Teaching

The teacher role has been shifting from transmitter of knowledge into transformation of knowledge. National curriculum (2006) also emphasized on the active and innovative role of teacher to achieve the student learning outcomes. In this regard professional development of teachers plays a vital role for updating teachers' knowledge and developing teaching skills in order to cater the emerging needs of students. Many institutions are providing professional development sessions for their teachers' capacity building, among them AKU-IED is one of the significant Universities which provides better opportunities for teachers to update their knowledge and skills as standalone courses along with graduate and post graduate programmes. This study aims to explore how the teachers are applying the learning experiences added from a university (AKU-IED) based professional development (CPE) in Mathematics course into their teaching, and what type of challenges are faced by the teachers during the process of implementation of their learning. In order to facilitate the above mentioned questions the study employed Qualitative research methods. Ethnographic case study was used to get a deeper understanding of the day to day activities of the research participants including class room practices, range of teachers' professional relations with their fellow mathematic teachers and with those who had supervisory relation with them in two different private schools in Karachi. Data were collected through semi structured interviews, observations and formal and informal discussions. Observation is the main tool of data collection in ethnographic studies that is why researcher has done almost 10 observations of each participant classroom practices. The findings of the study revealed that after attending the CPE course, the participants' teachers have developed a deeper understanding of the mathematical concepts and they are applying the learned concepts in their teaching practices. Moreover, they have learned better understanding of pedagogical knowledge which has helped them to inform their teaching skills.. The findings also revealed that the practices of teachers are also influenced by teachers' prior experiences and competencies, school background and the context However, the heavy workload, time constraints and lack of resources are challenges which hinder teachers in applying the learning.
