افسوس ہے پچھلے ماہ ڈاکٹر عبدالستار صاحب صدیقی کاالہٰ آباد میں انتقال ہوگیا۔ مرحوم ہندوستان کے ان مغربی تعلیم یافتہ اکابراساتذہ عربی وفارسی میں سے تھے جن کی نسل اب چراغ سحری ہے۔مرحوم علی گڑھ کے اس زمانے کے پڑھے ہوئے تھے جب کہ ابھی وہ صرف کالج تھا۔انہوں نے یہاں پروفیسر یوسف ہورووتس(JOSEF HOREVITZE)جو صدر شعبۂ عربی تھے ان کی شاگردی میں عربی میں ایم۔اے کیااور جب ان کوحکومت ہند کی جانب سے اعلیٰ تعلیم کے لیے وظیفہ ملا توموصوف کے ہی مشورے سے۱۹۱۲ء میں جرمنی چلے گئے۔اس زمانے میں جہاں تک عربی اور فارسی میں ریسرچ کاتعلق ہے فرانس کے ساتھ جرمنی کے نام کابھی دنیا میں غلغلہ بلند تھا۔جرمنی میں جو مستشرقین علم و تحقیق کے جوئے شیر کے کوہکن مشہور تھے ان میں پروفیسر تھیوڈور نولڈیکی اورپروفیسر انولتمان(ENNO LITTMAN)(۱۸۷۵ء۔۱۹۵۸ء) سرخیل گروہ تھے۔ان دونوں کااورخصوصاً موخرالذکر کاخاص فن سامی لسانیات تھا۔خوش قسمتی سے مرحوم کوجرمنی میں ان اساتذہ سے استفادہ کاپورا موقع ملا۔پروفیسر انولتمان ان کے استاد خصوصی تھے۔جن کی خدمت میں وہ مسلسل سات برس یعنی۱۹۱۹ء تک رہے۔استاد نہایت شفیق اورعلم وتحقیق کے بحر ناپیداکنار کا کامیاب شناور اور شاگرد نہایت ذہین اورہمہ طلب وجستجو! پھر کمی کس چیز کی تھی۔ڈاکٹر عبدالستار صدیقی نے فن لسانیات میں وہ کمال پیداکیا کہ یورپ تک میں مشہور ہوگئے۔ جرمنی سے آنے کے بعد وہ علی گڑھ،حیدرآباد اورڈھاکہ رہے لیکن آخرکار الہٰ آباد یونیورسٹی میں عربی کے پروفیسر اورصدر شعبۂ کی حیثیت سے ایسے جمے کہ یہیں سے ۱۹۴۶ء میں ریٹائرڈ ہوئے اوریہیں مستقل طورپررہ پڑے۔اپنے علم و فضل اورلسانیات میں خصوصی وسعت وقت نظر کے باعث جامعات اورارباب علم کے حلقوں میں بڑی وقعت کی نگاہ سے دیکھے جاتے تھے جرمنی زبان میں ان کے مقالہ فضیلت کے علاوہ غالباً کوئی مستقل تصنیف ان کی یادگار نہیں ہے۔تاہم جو مضامین(عربی کے علاوہ...
‘Abdullah bin al-Mubark was born in Marw’ one of the prime cities in Khurasan, (nowadays in the surroundings of Afghanistan and Central Asia), in the year 118 AH. In addition to his many talents, achievements and abilities, ‘Abdullah bin al-Mubarak was also gifted in literacy, particularly in the art of poetry. He held an eloquent tongue which was recognized by all who conversed with him and his language displayed the nature of someone who had been taught well. Most of the poetry which has been recorded from him is actually his advice to others, whether they were close friends or high-ranking Caliphs and Rulers. The topics spoken of concerned the common issues which had arisen in his time (e.g. Matters pertaining to theology, politics, the worldview, the community etc) and as always, they contained much wisdom and hence the books of history have sealed them and recorded them. This research article discussed Biography of Abdullah ibn Al Mubarak, The Islamic Ethics in his poetry, Impact of Rhetoric on his poetry with special concentration on the four kinds i.e. Citation, impact of Quranic words, Quranic pictorial and Quranic style on his poetry.
The Standard Model of particle physics is a very well tested theory today. There are some theoretical as well as experimental deficiencies in the Standard Model which hint for theories beyond the Standard Model. Any such theory may be tested by direct observation of some new particles, predicted by the theory, at High Energy Colliders, like the Large Hadron Collider(LHC). Since there has been no such particle detected till today, we need to study these new theories under the phenomenological aspects of our known experimental results. Such studies result in constraining the free parameter space of these models. In this thesis, we use experimental results from three different experiments at the LHC, namely the ATLAS experiment, the CMS experiment and the LHC-b experiment to constrain the parameter spaces of some of these models. The models discussed in this thesis are basically constructed by making minimal extensions in scalar and gauge structures of the Standard Model. We apply constraints on these models from the flavor physics observables which are mainly coming from the rare decays of B-mesons and are measured by the particle physics experiment, LHC-beauty (LHCb). In our study we also discuss some supersymmetric extensions of the Standard Model in light of the latest results on masses of particles and their superpartners (sparticles) provided by the ATLAS and the CMS experiments. It is also seen that the supersymmetric extensions of the Standard Model can provide a suitable dark matter candidate, the neutralino, with several coannihilation scenarios while having compatibilitywithallrecentexperimentalconstraintsfrom B-physicsandthesparticles mass bounds. Direct and indirect dark matter searches by XENON1t and Fermi-LAT collaborations are also incorporated to the studies of these models by measuring the dark matter relic density as well as spin-dependent and spin-independent cross sections forsomesampledatapoints. Compatibility ofsolutionswith Yukawa unifiedtheoriesis alsosearchedforthegaugesymmetrybasedsupersymmetricextensionsoftheStandard Model. We have also searched how the anomaly associated with the magnetic moment of muon can be solved within the context of the supersymmetric extensions of the Standard Model, in addition to all other constraints.
