" خود کلامي" ھذہ المجموعۃ الثالثۃ لبروین شاکر۔

ظھرت ھذہ المجموعۃ الشعریۃ أمام أنظار الشعراء، ومحبي أعمال بروین شاکر لأول مرۃ عام (1985م)، وتعکس ھذہ المجموعۃ الشعریۃ المنازل الراقیۃ عن شخصیۃ الشاعرۃ، وتغیر أسلوب کلامھا ومرارۃ ألفاظھا، وقد أخذت الشاعرۃ تنظر الحیاۃ بنظرۃ أدق قریب من الحقیقۃ والواقع بعید عن الخیال والأمل الزائف۔ تقول الدکتورۃ سلطانۃ بخش یتضح في ’’خود کلامي‘‘ ان السفر الذي بدأت الشاعرۃ في خوشبو فقد تغیر أسلوبہ وحقیقتہ، وقد أصبحت ھذہِ المجموعۃ الشعریۃ صورۃ صادقۃ عن إنسانة بالغۃ تفھم الحیاۃ وتنظر الواقع علی حقیقتہ وتطورت أحاسیسھا، إنما في خوشبو فکان عن الشابۃ المراھقۃ ذات الأحاسیس المليئةبالأحلام والأمل الناعم وکانت تنظر إلی الحیاۃ بالبراء ۃ والبرودۃ الھادئة ۔ یقول أمجد أسلم أمجد ’’أن في شعر بروین شاکر من خوشبو إلى خود كلامي صورۃ واضحۃ عن الإحساسات التي یجد فیہ القاريء دقات عواطفہ الناقصۃ أو الکاملۃ بوضوح، وبراعۃ الشاعرۃ تکتمل في أنھا أعطت صورۃ صادقۃ عن ھذہ المشاعر والإحساسات بشکل لطیف وشعور ھاديء ناعم مليء بألوان البراءۃ۔
ورأي الشاعر حمایت علي في خود کلامي بأن ھذہ المجموعۃ عبارۃ عن تلك الروح التي تعبر عن حیاتھا وشعرھا الذي بہ تجد الأنس في وحدتھا وفراقھا ۔

یتضح من ذلك أن الشاعرۃ تقدمت في العمر والتجربۃ وأخذت تنظر للحیاۃ بصورتھا الحقیقیۃ، وأنھا تعطي تعبیرًا صادقًا عن وحدتھا وآلامھا، وکیف أن قلبھا المکسور یجد اللذۃ في الأنھیار والحزن، وأن جمال الوحدۃ والفراق یجد راحۃ البال والھدوء المسحور عند لقاء الحبیب، وھذہ المجموعۃ الشعریۃ تعطي صورۃ شاملۃ عن الحیاۃ وما فیھا من مشاکل وھموم والفھم العمیق وتنظر إلی الحیاۃ بنظرۃ قاسیۃ لأن الدنیا أقسیٰ من طموحاتھا، وکیف أنھا تحاول السير خلف تحقیق الأحلام والطموح ولکن قساوۃ الحیاۃ لا تساعدھا في تحقیق ھدفھا ولا تعطي لھا ید الأمل ولا تجد القلیل من الضوء في ھذا الطریق المظلم الذي سدّ أبواب أفراحُھا...

Professional Standards Training and Understanding Pre-School Teachers’ Knowledge About Professional Standards

Theimprovement of the teacher’s quality, including teachers in general and preschool teachers in particular, hasgained interested in many countries around the world. Currently, most countries in the world have issued a framework of competency or professional standards for teachers as a basis for preschool teachers to self-assess and be assessed for their qualities and competenciet. On that basis, preschool teachers can implement the plan of quality training, strengthen and improve professional expertise. This article, the author conducts research to evaluate the implementation of the professional standards manual of schools and the teacher's understanding of professional standards. This is considered an important factor that will contribute to improving the effectiveness of teacher ratings according to professional standards. In this study, the author uses mainly quantitative research methods (survey, descriptive statistics and inference statistics) to clarify the problems that the research has posed. Research results show that there is a relationship between standard manual training and preschool teachers' understanding of professional standards. Standards instructors have a good understanding of professional standards. Especially the training is organized by the school and the education and training department, so the training classes are small, with a small number of participants and therefore higher quality.

Growth-And-Obesity Vector-Roadmaps of the Pakistani Children

This dissertation fine-tunes earlier mathematical solutions of childhood obesity, proposed during 2013-2016, by fitting a parabolic curve to desired percentile trajectories originating at the age of the most-recent checkup and terminating at 10 years. Both height and mass percentiles are made to approach the reference percentile, as the child nears tenth birthday. As compared to ‘Growth-and-Obesity Scalar-Roadmap’, proposed in 2015, which tries to cover up height and mass deficiencies, totally, within half-a-year, ‘Growth-and-Obesity Vector-Roadmap’ sets up softer targets for height and mass management so that deficiencies are totally corrected at the age of ten years. These targets are expected to avoid unwanted stress on the body of a youngster and are in harmony with the fact that height gain represents tissue synthesis and must be managed through a process, which is quasistatic. ‘Growth-and-Obesity Vector-Roadmap’ is constructed from a series of height and mass measurements to least counts of 0.005 cm and 0.005 kg, respectively, obtained by reproducible anthopometrists following laid-down, standardized protocols — child barefoot, stripped to short underpants, elbows and knees not flexed, instructed to inhale completely. These measurements are fed in software to generate profiles for each checkup from the first to the most-recent one using ‘Extended CDC Growth Charts and Tables’, which have heights and masses listed for extreme percentiles. Values of height and mass percentiles at age of the most-recent checkup as well as the reference percentile are substituted in mathematical framework of the vector model to draw the desired percentile trajectories. Height- and massmonth-wise targets are determined by reading off values, where these trajectories intersect with lines parallel to the percentile (vertical) axis. These lines cross the age (horizontal) axis at the ages for which targets are proposed
