افسوس ہے کہ گذشتہ ماہ اکتوبر کے خاتمہ پر نئی تعلیم کے ایک بہترین نمونہ کا خاتمہ ہوگیا، سر سید علی امام صوبہ بہار کے مشہور خاندان کے سپوت نے اس عالمِ فانی کو الوداع کہا، مرحوم نے ارادہ کیا تھا کہ وہ امسال سفرِ حج اختیار کریں گے، مگر افسوس کہ اس سفر سے پہلے ان کو سفر آخرت پیش آگیا، مرحوم ایک کامیاب بیرسٹر کے علاوہ ہماری زبان کے مشہور مقرر اور اپنے زمانہ عمل میں اسلامی سیاسیات کی بساط کے نامور مہرہ تھے، وہ یکسر نئی تعلیم، تمدن، اور نئے خیالات کے باوجود اپنے مشرقی علوم و تمدن سے اپنے خاندانی اثر سے بہت کچھ واقف تھے، غالباً ۱۹۰۸؁ء میں مسلم لیگ منعقدہ امرتسر کی ایک ہی کامیاب صدراتی تقریر تھی، جس نے ان کو مسلمانوں کا سیاسی رہنما بنادیا ہنگامہ کانپور کے وقت میں وہ وائسرائے کی مجلس وزارت کے رکن رکین تھے، اس ہنگامہ کے فرو کرنے اور مسلم یونیورسٹی کی قانونی ترتیب میں غالباً ان کا بڑا حصہ تھا، خدا مغفرت فرمائے۔ ۱؂ (سید سلیمان ندوی، نومبر ۱۹۳۲ء)

A Comparative Research Between Conventional and Islamic Bank System of Pakistan: Liquidity Risk Management

The function of the bank is differentiated into budgetary middle people, facilitator and supporters. Hence, the banks keep themselves as confided body to their trade and business partners. Assets hazard could emerge and to be seen out of such diverse tasks since they are entirely on stake in terms of accessibility. When assets are set out by the non-members supplementary actions are necessary to be taken by the Islamic banks in order to balance assets and liquidity with sharia standards. The purpose of this exploration is to find the liquidity risk associated to the dissolvability of finance based foundation in order to evaluate assets risk management via parallel evaluation between Islamic and other Pakistani banks. This paper inspects the significance of the magnitude of the bank, networking capital margin on equity, finical sufficiency plus return on Resources and Assets (RoA), along assets stake organization in conventional plus Islamic banks of the Pakistan. The investigation relays on auxiliary knowledge that is over the period of four years. from Problems to Possibilities: Discovering the Hidden Talent of Teacher Leadership Through Appreciative Inquiry in Public School Organization

This research study aimed at exploring the hidden talents of teacher leadership (TL) to improve teaching processes in a public sector school organization in District Ghanche, through employing Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a method of data collection and as a tool for teacher leadership improvement. The role of teachers as leaders is considered very important in all contexts because of their great potential through active involvement in school organizational development. For that they need continuous efforts to enhance their leadership capacity through identifying their strengths. AI provides opportunities to focus on strengths-based approaches by capitalising teachers leadership talents. The assumption behind these approaches is that something works well in every individual and organization and can further be developed through mutual trust and collaboration. The primary findings of this study confirm that using appreciative inquiry is a powerful tool to enhance leadership qualities in school teachers. Research participants got energies through mutual trust building and positive language found in appreciative inquiry processes. Although, within short span of time, they experienced many innovative leadership approaches such as co-planning, co-teaching, peer-coaching and conducting workshops and providing feedback to each other. Furthermore, significant change in perceptions and practices regarding teacher leadership was also witnessed in research participants where teacher leadership in the study engaged students to lead the co-curricular activities in their school. This paradigm shift from teacher leadership to students’ leadership was the breakthrough of the study. The study has substantiated that teacher leadership in public sector school can be enhanced through collaborative and appreciative approaches.
