المبحث الثاني: زواجها

 کانت بروین شاکر من عائلۃ دینیۃ ومن عائلۃ تتمسک بأصولھا وقوانینھا، وکانت من الشیعۃ، وعند ما علم والدھا بأنھا ترید الزواج من شخص یدین علی سنۃ النبي ﷺ فقد أحزنه ھذا الشيء، ورفض والدھا ذاك الشاب، فحاولت الشاعرۃ إرضاء والدھا ولکنھا لم تنجح في ذلك فأحزن الشاعرۃ ھذا الرفض وقد کسر قلبھا وأحست بالھزیمۃ، ولکن الوالد أصر علی أن تتزوج من الشخص الذي سیختارہُ الوالد وأصيبتِ الشاعرۃ بالمرض بسبب ھذا۔

 

 ثم تقدّم لھا الشاب ابن خالتھا الدکتور نصیر للزواج فوافق والدھا وجعلھا توافق ھي علی الزواج، فتم خطبتھا في 1975م وفي 14 اکتوبر 1976م تمّ الزواج والدکتور نصیر ھو ابن السید صغیر علي وکان یعمل في نظام القطار (والدھا کان یعمل في نظام القطار)، وکان مھرھا 14 ألف روبیہ، فحضر زواجھا من کبار الشعراء والشاعرات۔

استمرت الشاعرۃ في التدریس حتی بعد الزواج، وکانت لا تجید أعمال المنزل والطبیخ، فکانت تشاور شقیقتھا نسرین في کثیر من الأمور المنزلیۃ والطھي. وبعد الزواج لم تُغیر الشاعرۃ إسمھا (بروین شاکر) لأنھا کانت معروفۃ بھذا الإسم في الساحۃ الأدبیۃ والعلمیۃ واشتھرت دواوینھا أیضاً باسمھا (بروین شاکر)۔

 

وعاشت فترة من الزمن مع زوجھا نصیر عیشۃ ھانئۃ وکلھا سعادۃ وأفراح، وکان نصیر علي ضابطًا في الجیش برتبة نقيب، کانت بروین شاکر وزوجھا نصیر آنذاك في(ایبت آباد) ولکن کلما جاء إتصال من کراتشي أحسّ نصیر علي ببعض القلق، وکان یرید العودۃ إلی والدتہ لھذا قدّم استقالۃ من الجیش ورجع إلی کراتشي، ولکن بروین شاکر لم یعجبہا ھذا الشيء فأحست ببعض البعد والوحدۃ، ثم حصلت بعض المشاجرات بین الطرفین، فعادت الشاعرۃ إلی والدیھا لأنھا کانت لا ترید العیش مع والدۃ زوجھا، ولکن بعد فترۃ قصیرۃ حصل إتفاق بین الزوجین علی أن یعیشا مستقلين في بیتٍ صغیرٍ مأجورٍ، وخلال ھذہِ الفترۃ أنجبت الشاعرۃ...

Critical Study of Moral Teachings of Islam and Buddhism for Promotion of Global Peace

All ancient and contemporary religions of the world like Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity, Jainism and Islam emphasizes and attempts to uphold the highest moral and ethical values in human society in order to produce discipline and good will. Some of the religions strictly command for proper observance and submission to the laws and cannons", whereas the other religions do not stipulate strict allegiance to its principals, yet they nourish and treat human emotions and direct them for the general good of the society. On the whole, all religions aim at moral and ethical uplift of human beings, to install positivity in them and imbues the spirit of sacrifice, equality, affection, brotherhood and justice in mankind. Thus, these all facts testify that all religions, with some differences of pattern, propagate the message of love, Peace, equality, brotherhood, justice, Harmony and equity in the material age and greed-ridden epoch where individual profits and benefit overwhelm collective cause and general welfare of mankind. What we have done here in this paper is not to establish that one religion is better than the other but to demonstrate that almost all world religions stand for love, peace and harmony. There is no doubt, that all religions preach and advocate positive harmony among human beings but the message of Holy Prophet (SAW) is the only example who gave practical aspect of these theories. However, this paper elaborates this reality by a detailed comparison of Islam and Buddhism.

Autopoietic Banking Model Abm : A Departure from Quagmire of Interest

Economies of the world encounter financial crises time and again and the main stream researchers are in search of some solution to insulate the economies from crises but no plausible solution has surfaced as yet. The crises majorly erupt through banking channels because of systemic problems in banking. The systemic fault of contemporary banking ignites crises which ultimately transform into financial and economic crises which may not be limited to any specific country or region.This dissertation is aimed to identify the systemic problem in the banking domain and to provide its solution. The study follows positivism as research philosophy and uses mathematical logic as methodology to map the contemporary banking model for uncovering the systemic problem. A formal system has been compiled for the study. The techniques of rewriting with equational reasoning and summations of terms of identified sequences have been used for formalization. The quality of autopoiesis (self-sustainability and self-reproduction of system) has been checked through logic whereas validity and sustainability of the model have been checked against objective criteria. The study shows that there is gap between conventional structure and operational behavior of contemporary banking model which emanates crises. This gap is the seed for crises which dictates the behaviors of banking system. The review of contemporary banking model has revealed that an ex-ante levy (a charge levied before production of goods and services) in the system is one of the main reasons of banking crises. It has also been found that there are certain actors of banking system which have conflicting dual roles. The banks (one actor) bind the firms (other actor) by way of contracts to collect a levy from households (yet another actor) in lieu of providing them loans which do not have logically plausible justifications. There are certain implicit presumptions attached to conventional structure of contemporary banking model which too are problematic. The study presents a new self-sustainable (i.e. autopoietic) banking model which is based on ex-post instead of ex-ante levy. The comparison of autopoietic banking model with contemporary banking model shows that the proposed model will be more responsive to financial distractions and will be helpful in reducing financial crises as there will be lesser chance of mismatch between conventional structure and operational behavior of the system.
