زیر نظر تصویر دو سال قبل ڈاکٹر مبشر حسن کے گھر پر ان کے انٹر ویو کے بعد سیاسی کارکن و فوٹو جرنلسٹ طاہر محمود مودی نے کھینچی تھی ۔یہ وہی در و دیوار تھے جہاں شہید بھٹو نے قیام کیا تھا ۔وقت ہمیںیہ اعزاز دے رہا تھا کہ ہم قائد عوام کی موجودگی کے لمس سے سرشار ہو سکیں ۔انٹر ویو کے لیے روانہ ہونے سے پہلے شہید بھٹو کی رومانیت مجھے اپنے اندر گہری ہوتی محسوس ہو نے لگی تھی ۔دوران انٹر ویو میرے سوال کے جواب میں جب ڈاکٹر صاحب نے بتایا کہ جس کمرہ میں ہم نشست جمائے ہو ئے ہیں اسی میں شہید بھٹو قیام کرتے تھے ۔حتی کہ ڈاکٹر صاحب کے زیر استعمال آج بھی وہی بیڈ ہے جس پر شہید بھٹو سویا کرتے تھے ۔جیسے جیسے یہ احساسات بڑھتے جاتے تھے کہ ہم اپنے ہیرو کی یادوں سے سجے تاریخی کمرہ میں بیٹھنے کا شرف حاصل کر ر ہے ہیں ۔ویسے ویسے بھٹوصاحب کا سحر ہم پر غالب ہو تا جا رہا تھا ۔ایک گھنٹہ سے زائد جا ری رہنے والی نشست کا ایک ایک لمحہ میرے اندر شہید بھٹو کے رومانس کے دیپکوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ کر کے عشق بھٹو کے خمار کو بلندیوں پر پہنچا رہا تھا ۔ مستی و خمار کی اس کیفیت میں گو ہم واپس آ گئے مگر کئی ہفتوں تک شہید بھٹو کا لمس ہمارے ساتھ موجود رہا ۔دو دن قبل ڈاکٹر صاحب کی رحلت کے بعد متذکرہ لمحات انٹر ویو والے دن کی طرح مجھ پر غالب آنے لگے تو مجھے حیرت ہو رہی تھی کہ دنیا سے رخصت...
The history of Muslim Education reveals that there was no difference of materialistic and religious education in the past. However, for the last two centuries, Muslim world divided into many ideologies which consequently produced separate educational institutions for every ideology. In the secular/modern educational institutions, religious and metaphysical studies are missing while, on the other hand, religious seminaries focus on the pure religious education. In such a situation, two kinds of students are graduating from our educational institutions which do not have congruence in practical life with each other. Present Muslim world in dire need of a comprehensive educational system combining the modern secular and religious subjects in an appropriate manner. Currently, if Islamic world is distressed technologically at one hand, it is divided in many sects, on the other. Therefore, acquisition of scientific and religious, both kinds of education are required for Muslims. In the present paper, the responsibilities of Muslim world are discussed to face the current and future challenges from educational perspective in order to portray a true picture of Islam and its followers.
Purpose of this investigation is to study the Challenges of Human Resource Development to pace with
globalization. A study of this kind would highlight the dimensions, which can be manipulated to upgrade the
human resource development in teacher educators working in institutes of teacher education to pace with
global threats. This may also help in planning the resources to be tapped and utilized in its optimum level.
The present study aimed at identifying certain variables related to human resource development in teacher
educators' working in institutes of teacher’s education. Study determines the effect of human resource
development climate, performance appraisal, induction in-service education and training needs of teacher
educator with impact of gender, experience, age-wise difference, organizational difference, working in unisex
or co-education, service stature difference. Population of the study was teacher educators working in the
eleven institutes of teacher education in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Two hundred twenty
three, male and female teacher educators responded to the researcher's questionnaire. Instrument used for
data collection was HRDC, PERAP, INS and training needs assessment, questionnaire adapted through
Nooljahe.n N, Ganihar. Researcher used it after getting the formal permission.
The demographic portion of the instrument was developed by the researcher to sort out the demographic
information. In total thirty one hypotheses were developed. To explore difference between the means of two
group’s t-test was applied. One way ANOVA and post hoc LSD were used for exploring the difference among
more than two groups. Major findings of the study revealed, that gender wise, experience wise, age-wise
difference, organizational difference, working in unisex or co-education, service stature difference have a
significant impact on the variables HRDC, PERAP, INS and training needs. Furthermore a significant relation
among the variables HRDC, PERAP, INS and training needs was determined.
