تعلیم میں کمپیوٹر کا کردار
قوموں کی زندگی میں کچھ لمحات ، ان کی تاریخ میں امر ہو کر ہمیشہ کے لیے عزم، ولولے، حوصلے، استقامت اور ترقی وخوشحالی کے سفر پر ان کو آمادہ کرتے ہیں۔ قرآنِ پاک میں ہے کہ انسان کے لیے کائنات کی ہر چیز مسخر کر دی گئی ہے۔ فرمانِ باری تعالیٰ کے مطابق کائنات کی ہر چیز انسان کے تابع ہے۔ انسان جب چاہے جہاں چاہے اور جیسے چاہے کائنات کے ذرّے ذرّے پر حکومت کر سکتا ہے۔ قرآن کی اس آیت نے اہل کتب کی زندگی میں انقلاب برپا کر دیا اور کمپیوٹرکو دیکھ کر قرآنِ پاک کی حقیقت تو اور بھی الم نشرح ہو جاتی ہے کہ انسانوں کے لیے کائنات کی ہر چیز مسخر کر دی گئی ہے۔
کمپیوٹر الیکٹرانک کی ایک ایسی ایجاد ہے جو ہمارے لاکھوں مسائل ، ہماری بے شمار مشکلات آناً فا ناًدرست انداز میں حل کر دیتی ہے۔ اس میں معلومات جمع کرنے کے بعد دوبارہ حاصل کی جاسکتی ہیں یہ اعدادوشمار جمع کرنے اور ان کا تقابلی جائزہ لینے کے کام بھی آتا ہے۔ دوسرے الفاظ میں اس کی (Approach) اور (Data) کاعمل انسانی دماغ سے کئی گنا بہتر اور جلد ہوتا ہے یہ معلومات کو (Print) کرنے کی بھی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔
کمپیوٹر سوئچ، تاروں، موٹرز، ٹرانسسٹرزاورکئی مر بوط سرکٹوں پرمشتمل فریمز کا مجمود ہوتا ہے۔ یہ فریمزمختلف اجزء مثلاً ٹائپ رائٹر، لائن پرنٹر ،کارڈ اور مرکزی پراسیسنگ یونٹس پر انحصار کرتے ہیں یہ تمام اجزاء ایک (Network) جسے کمپوزنگ کمپیوٹنگ نظام کہتے ہیں کی خاطر کام کرتے ہیں۔

Moral Dichotomy: Coetzee’s Stance on Moral Dilemma in Postmodernist Society in Disgrace

Coetzee anticipates the moral dilemma of today's individuals, in order to achieve his aim torevert the current trends in moral philosophy which has marked morality with individual partialities. The morality of self/will has pervaded in the society with substantial philosophical argumentation as well. This research intends to study Dionysian morality in comparison with modern (Appolonian) principles of morality as presented by Coetzee. The research is planned to differentiate the two by presenting their roots with logical reasons; Nietzsche's conception of morality and the need of Freudian repression. In the context of Disgrace Coetzee developed his moral theory through circumstantial justice with such a force that all reasons given by Overman (Übermensch) of Nietzsche fail. The paper will unveil the relationship of power and the need for justice. Coetzee proves the importance of Freudian Repression Theory that makes everybody responsible for the concord in a society. The cultivation of Dionysian concept of life only brings disgrace to man, and such philosophies can only be supported when the individual is in power, vulnerability in the society makes man to understand the value of morality and exercise of proper judicial system. South Africal context of the novel situates the anticipation of Dionysian cult in more understanding way to the audience. To avoid social Darwinism, state institutions should come in action in order to ensure the equal power distribution among the masses. Uneven distribution of power creates only oppressors and victims in the society, which further lead society to chaos. Coetzee proves the importance of circumstantial justice over the institutional justice, as institutional justice can punish only but the transformation of transgressor only takes place with circumstantial justice and for the betterment of society, transformation provides better results than punishment because institutions do create a different power structures that also work to suppress people.

Integrating Education Management Strategy and Technology to Develop a Framework for Successful Implementation of Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education

In today’s world of effervescent and intriguing knowledge creation, there are ample evinces of cultures and societies where wisdom transfer is de-linked with wisdom creation. One of the most challenging issues facing modernization of education is to investigate the methods and means through which the method of knowledge transfer can be assisted by the practice of modern technology. The involvement of modern technology has to be managed and should be monitored constantly in order to bear effectiveness and efficiency. This research is aimed at investigating the ways and means of modernizing the knowledge transfer process in direction to create an effective learning environment (ELE). The research is focused towards the application and effectiveness of TEL tools and explores the effects of these learning tools on creation of effective learning environment. The core area of investigation in this research has been the application of the concept of Flipped Learning combined with technology in order to make knowledge transfer. The students are made part of this investigation. In order to make this research as realistic and applicable as possible “Impact of acceptance for un-conventional learning techniques” is added in the research framework. The outreach of this research is not limited to its area of application i.e. Pakistan, this research can be applied in any environment and condition thus, giving this research an international outreach. The respondents of this research has been the higher education system students of Pakistan particularly Rawalpindi/Islamabad/KPK region due to the dense presence of educational institutes of higher learning. This research explain the development of a unique framework, using the flip (FL) learning methodology, leading to ELE. The frame work explain the new concept of student centric approach by integrating TEL strategy, instant response system, content analysis and comparative bench marking, student question generation, and education technology in higher education institutions (HIs). It analyze the effect of above identified factors on ELE and on important learning indicators i.e learning motivation, learning engagement and learning attitude. And overall impact of Flipped learning. Data were obtained from 450 respondents at different colleges and universities of Pakistan and the data were tested using regression, Pearson Correlation, T-test, Comparing of means, Z score for significant level, and different reliability and validity tests approaches. The analysis results explained positive impact of Flipped learning based on flipped learning.
